The first seven days after a coating
Keep it dry for 24 hours, no washing for a week, and what to do about bird droppings.
A ceramic coating keeps hardening for about a week after it leaves the studio. Treat the car gently while it does.
For the first 24 hours keep it out of the rain if you can. If it gets wet, let it dry on its own — don’t wipe it.
Don’t wash the car for seven days. If a bird leaves something, lift it off with a wet microfibre and plenty of water, never rub.
